Type the person’s last name in the Last Name field. Try just the first 3–4 letters if you’re unsure of spelling — the system finds partial matches.

Adding a first name narrows results dramatically for common last names. Middle name is rarely needed but can help with very common names like “John Smith.”

In the Search For dropdown, select “Current Inmates Only” to confirm they are in custody right now. Select “Both” if you’re not sure or if they may have been released.

Press the Submit button. A list of matching inmates loads, sorted by name or booking date (your choice).

Click the person’s name to open their full detail page showing: mugshot, booking date, charges, bond amount, housing unit, and visitation schedule link.

Screenshot or write down: Booking Number / Inmate ID (needed for calls, money, visits), Bond Amount (for bail bondsman), Charges, and Housing Unit (for scheduling visits).

inmatelookup.myescambia.com — The portal defaults to showing all inmates booked in the last 24 hours when you click Submit with no name entered.

Use the Begin Booking Date field. Format: MM/DD/YYYY. Set this to the date of the arrest or a day before to be safe.

Enter the End Booking Date — usually 1–2 days after the arrest date to account for processing time.

With date fields filled but name blank, the portal returns all bookings in that date range. Set “Records per page” to 50 to see more results at once.

After clicking an inmate’s name, scroll to the Active Bookings section. Each charge lists its bond type and amount. “No Bond” means either the magistrate hasn’t set it yet, or a judge has denied bond.

Cash Bond = Pay 100% to the jail — fully refundable after the case. Surety Bond = Use a bail bondsman (pay ~10%, non-refundable). ROR / Personal Recognizance = Released free on promise to appear. No Bond = Must wait for a First Appearance hearing (within 24 hrs of arrest in Florida).

The Public Bond Lobby at 3080 N. Pace Blvd, Pensacola FL 32505 is where bonds are paid in person. Bring a valid ID. Call (850) 436-9863 to confirm current hours before going.

Verify any bondsman’s license through the Florida Department of Financial Services. Most Pensacola bondsmen are located near the jail on N. L Street and W. Romana Street — many operate 24/7.

For full case records, charges, and scheduled court dates, search the Escambia County Clerk of Courts portal by defendant name or case number.

Use the search bar to find the person in the VINE system. Select Escambia County Corrections as the facility if prompted.

Click “Register for Notification.” Create a free account or register as a guest. Choose notification method: phone call, text/SMS, email, or TTY (hearing impaired).

You’ll receive a PIN when you register. When VINE calls you with a notification, you must enter this PIN to confirm receipt. Write it down somewhere safe.

Go to gettingout.com or call 1-855-516-0115. Create a free account with your legal name, email, and valid photo ID number. Or register at the kiosk in the lobby.

Search for Escambia County Corrections, then find the inmate by name or ID. The inmate must have you on their approved visitor list — confirm this before booking.

Schedule a session up to 7 days ahead. Book at least 24 hours before your visit. Important: Cancellations within 24 hours still count as a used visit — you won’t get it back.

At home: Join from your computer or phone at the scheduled time — allow camera and microphone access. On-site: Go to 3080 N. Pace Blvd at your scheduled time. Check in at least 15 minutes early.

Max 2 visitors per inmate per session. Children under 1 year old don’t count toward the limit. All visitors and belongings are subject to search (Florida law). Violations can result in suspended visit privileges.

Visit accesscorrections.com or use the Access Corrections app. Select Florida → Escambia County Corrections, enter the inmate’s ID, and pay by debit/credit card. Fees apply (~$3–5 per transaction).

Fund an AdvancePay account (linked to your phone number) so the inmate can call you collect. Escambia County call rates vary — typically $0.06–$0.14/minute for in-state calls.

When the inmate calls, you’ll hear an automated announcement identifying the call as from an Escambia County inmate. Press 1 to accept. Calls are monitored and recorded (attorney calls are exempt).
