Correct an Oklahoma Criminal History or Review Expungement Options
An inaccurate OSBI history, an incomplete court disposition and a private mugshot page require different actions. Correct the originating official record before requesting updates from private websites.
OSBI explains that a qualifying Section 18 expungement can seal the entire arrest record from public access.
This can update a qualifying deferred-sentence court disposition, but OSBI states that it does not by itself remove the arrest record.
