Effective Date: February 10, 2026
At Arrests-Org.us, we believe in the right to a digital “fresh start.” While we provide access to public records for informational and safety purposes, we recognize that individuals may have their records sealed, expunged, or cases dismissed.
Our removal process is completely free of charge. We never solicit, request, or accept payment for the removal of any content.
1. Eligibility for Removal
We will remove or update records from our site if they meet one of the following criteria:
Expungement or Sealing: You have a court order stating the record has been legally expunged or sealed.
Dismissed Charges: The charges were officially dropped, dismissed, or resulted in a “Not Guilty” verdict.
Identity Error: The record contains a significant factual error or is a result of identity theft (documentation required).
Minors: Records involving individuals who were minors at the time of the incident (unless tried as an adult for a violent crime).
2. How to Request Removal
To request a removal, please send an email to [Your Email Here] with the subject line “Record Removal Request”. To process your request, we require the following:
Direct Link: The specific URL on our site where the information appears.
Supporting Documentation: A digital copy (PDF or clear photo) of the official court document or dismissal notice.
Identification: A copy of a valid government-issued ID to verify that you are the person in the record (you may redact sensitive info like your SSN or ID number).
3. Processing Time
Once we receive your request and verify the documentation:
Our team will manually review the request within 7–10 business days.
If approved, the content will be removed from our website immediately.
Note on Search Engines: After we remove the page from our site, it may still appear in search results (Google, Bing) for a short period until they recrawl our site. You can use the “Google Outdated Content Tool” to speed up this process once we have removed the link.
4. Non-Removal Policy
We generally do not remove records that are:
Accurate and part of the active public record.
Based on convictions that have not been sealed or expunged.
Considered high-interest public safety information.
5. Ethical Commitment
Arrests-Org.us strictly adheres to all state laws regarding the dissemination of booking photos. We do not participate in any “pay-to-remove” schemes. Our mission is to provide a helpful, manual resource for understanding the legal system, not to exploit individuals.
